These Terms of Service govern the use of the neurit.ai platform, operated by Mag. David Paci, webse.at (hereinafter "Provider").
1. Description of Service
neurit.ai is an AI-powered creative thinking tool. The service allows users to ask questions that are reframed by AI from unexpected perspectives. Generated content is intended for creative inspiration and lateral thinking.
neurit.ai does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advisory services.
2. AI Disclaimer (Important Notice)
- AI-generated content does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and does not replace such advice.
- The user is solely responsible for how they use generated content.
- The Provider assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.
- AI systems can make mistakes. Critical thinking when engaging with AI-generated content is strongly encouraged.
3. Terms of Use
- The minimum age for using the service is 16 years.
- Any abusive use of the service is prohibited (see Community Guidelines).
- Users agree to comply with the Community Guidelines.
- Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted.
4. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions (Pro/Team) are processed via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for payment processing and issuing invoices. Prices are displayed within the service and include applicable sales tax where required.
Subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the end of the current billing period.
5. Moderation Rights
The Provider reserves the right to remove content and suspend or delete accounts in the event of a violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. This applies in particular to:
- Generation or distribution of harmful content
- Misuse of the service to circumvent security measures
- Violations of applicable law
6. Availability & Liability Limitation
The Provider strives for high availability of the service but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, technical issues, or failures at third-party providers may cause temporary interruptions.
The Provider is not liable for:
- Damages arising from the use of AI-generated content
- Data loss due to technical failures
- Lost profits or indirect damages
This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, design, and all proprietary content of the Provider are protected by copyright. AI-generated content in a user's rits is available to that user for private and commercial use.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with business customers is Villach, Austria.
For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies pursuant to §§ 83a, 83b JN.
9. Amendments to These Terms
The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms in response to material changes to the service. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
